DETCEL-DS-11

DETCEL-DS-11 is a next-generation builder for detergent systems. It is alkaline in nature. DETCEL-DS-11 is degradable in nature, hence is an environment-friendly substance.

DETCEL-DS-11, is a builder that helps detergents to protect the detergent actives from the hardness ions in water. This will help the detergent actives to enhance the detergency and soil anti-redeposition performance. These functions can be best achieved with a performance chemical known as DETCEL-DS-11.

DETCEL-DS-11 is added at a dosage of about 0.75% to 1.5% w/w in the detergent formulation in a synergistic combination with polymer. This combination provides high detergency enhancement along with good Anti-Soil-Re-Deposition performance with the desired foam levels.

DETCEL-DS-11 can offer a significant cost advantage by reducing active matter.

DETCEL-DS-11 being an alkaline substance, can be added to the powder mixture before the addition of LABSA to ensure uniform mixing. For liquid detergents, DETCEL-DS-11 can be added when the pH of the formulation is alkaline.

DETCEL-DS-11 may prove to be an irritant to the skin and eyes. It is suggested to avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. In case of contact, immediately flush the affected area with plenty of clean cold water and seek medical help. Remove the contaminated clothing immediately and use only after proper washing.
