General Description

Hydropholic polyionic dye belongs to the class of popular polyionic dyes. Tartrazine (CI 19140) Acid also known as yellow 23. It shows the same class nature as the hydrophilic polyionic dye. It is sulphonic dye that can be synthesized by the reaction of sulfanilic acid with 3 carboxy L (4 sulfophenyle)- 5 –pyrazolone.

Application 

Heubach Sanolin Tartrazine X 90 is associated with human diet, Tartrazine can be used as a reference standard in determining tartrazine in food samples using ion-pair liquid chromatography, photodiode array and electro spray mass spectrometry detector.

Tartrazine application is different from the usual products.
