Jotun Hardtop AS is a two-pack polyurethane topcoat with excellent gloss and colour retention. It has good chemical resistance and can be used as a top coat in ambient environment.

Recommended Use

As a top coat on top of an epoxy/epoxy mastic system, it requires a durable, high gloss finish on aggressive atmospheric exposure, cures at low temperature.

Product Description

The two pack polyurethane topcoats are actually Hardtop AS. Its bases retain excellent gloss and color.

Intermediate must be processed first and used.

Recommended Use

Can be applied as a top coat on a durable, high gloss finish surface, especially on top of an epoxy mastic system

Surface preparation

Must be all surfaces are free from contamination, it should be clean and dry, the surface should be evaluated and treated.

Drying time is usually expressed in terms of air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, affected accordingly.

Do not apply the coating if the weather is clearly bad and unfavorable for application or healing.

Do not apply the coating in strong winds.

Before applying, check the atmospheric conditions near the substrate for snow formations.
