Delivery
At Gravity Chemicals, our goal is to provide you with the finest delivery service. We ensure that the products are of high quality and deliver it in the best possible manner.Processing
We verify the order, do the quality check and pack the products. The products will be ready for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 4 to 5 business days
to reach the destination

(Due to COVID-19 situation, travel has been restricted and it affects our ability to deliver products as quickly as we do during normal times. So the product delivery may take longer than usual)
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your product upon receipt. If any external damage or shortage is noticed, keep the delivery receipt with you. Keep all packaging material for inspection; take pictures and submit to our Customer Care. Gravity Chemicals reserves the right to repair (investigate) damaged product before replacement or credit is determined delivery receipt.
Refusal of Delivery or Order Cancellation
- If Buyer refuses to accept delivery of any goods tendered for delivery hereunder, then Seller, without prejudice to Seller’s other lawful remedies, may either store or cause such goods to be stored in a warehouse, for Buyer’s account and at buyer’s cost, risk and expense, or sell such goods (without notice) to any purchaser at public or private sale, and hold Buyer liable for any difference between (a) the contract price for such goods stipulated herein and (b) the price at which such goods are resold less the costs and expense of such resale including brokerage commission.
- In the event of cancellation of an order, once entered, Seller will be entitled to a cancellation charge not to exceed its cost plus anticipated profit. If the goods ordered can be restocked or reasonably used for other customers a restocking charge will apply.
Out of Stock
Sometimes we run out of products that we sell before we can show them as out of stock on our website. When an order is placed and a product is out of stock, we will attempt to contact our customer by both phone and email. This allows you to decide if you would like to wait for the product, change the order, or cancel the order all together. If contact cannot be established, we will keep the order live until the product becomes available and ship it then.
